The equipped inventory is divided into 13 slots for each area of the body that some piece of. Explosive effigy (empty) is a reward from the Effigy Incubator activity. Luck was significantly reworked on 27 March 2017 in an update to categorise affected drops and rewards into 4 tiers of luck, each corresponding to one or more luck enhancing items. They are then put into the incubator and make explosive effigy (empty), which can be stored in a Brooch of the Gods. It could also be won from clover necklaces or obtained from portable skilling packs. Besides a brooch that a player receives when doing the Meeting History quest, they’re a nifty item that can be worn in the pocket slot.
